Inquiries
Review and follow up with lesson inquiries
Use inquiry details to decide fit, reply promptly, and record progress from new lead to enrolled student.
What an inquiry contains
An inquiry records the adult contact, requested instrument, broad student information, goals, and availability the family chose to share. StudioFull does not ask a caregiver to enter a child’s name in the public inquiry form.
A practical workflow
- Open Inquiries and review the newest request.
- Compare the requested times and lesson needs with your current openings.
- Reply using the contact details provided by the adult.
- Update the inquiry stage as you learn whether the family is a good fit, schedules a trial, or enrolls.
- Keep notes factual and relevant to the teaching relationship.
If an inquiry is not a fit
You can record that outcome without deleting the history needed to understand your studio pipeline. Do not use inquiry data for unrelated marketing or share it outside the people and providers needed to respond.
