Privacy Policy

Effective August 26, 2026

This policy explains how StudioFull handles information when teachers create and manage a studio site, when prospective students or caregivers ask a teacher about lessons, and when tuition payers pay for a lesson recipient.

StudioFull is operated by Long Play Works, Inc. In this policy, “StudioFull,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the StudioFull service. This policy applies to getstudiofull.com, StudioFull-provided teacher sites, and the related account, inquiry, tuition, Guide, Support, custom-domain, and advertising features.

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account information, including an account holder’s name and email address, sign-in challenge and session records, and limited security signals used to prevent abuse.
  • Studio information, including public profile and lesson-offer content, photos, availability, price expectations, contact details, site settings, and custom-domain or advertising configuration a teacher chooses to provide.
  • Inquiry information submitted by an adult student or caregiver, including their name, email address, optional phone number, lesson preferences, general availability, goals, and contact-notice record. We do not ask for a child’s name.
  • Tuition and payment information, including payer email, lesson recipient name and relationship, selected program and plan, subscription and invoice status, transaction amounts, receipt identifiers, and coupon information. Hosted payment surfaces collect payment credentials; StudioFull does not store full card or bank details.
  • Acquisition and technical information, such as the landing page, referrer origin, allowed campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, and security or delivery events. StudioFull does not persist raw request IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, or verification tokens with inquiry records.
  • Advertising information for teachers who use managed advertising, including provider account identifiers, reporting results, conversion events, requested controls, and audit history. Provider credentials remain server-only.
  • Communications and support information when someone contacts us.

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve StudioFull.
  • Authenticate account holders and operate teachers’ public sites, media, and studio dashboards.
  • Save an inquiry, deliver it to the selected teacher, and help the teacher manage follow-up and enrollment.
  • Record the first known referral or campaign for an inquiry and, when authorized, manage bounded advertising workflows.
  • Create and manage recurring tuition subscriptions, connected payments, discounts, and payer-owned receipts.
  • Communicate about the service, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Inquiry information is available to the teacher selected by the person submitting the inquiry. Teachers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own use of that information.

We also use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, media processing, security, and abuse prevention. If a teacher enables advertising measurement or management, relevant information may be processed by the configured advertising provider.

A payment service processes StudioFull subscriptions and recurring tuition. Tuition is paid through the teacher’s connected payment account. The provider processes the payment and billing information needed for those transactions under its own policies.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the service, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction. StudioFull does not sell prospect inquiries or operate a data brokerage or shared-lead marketplace.

When a signed-in user chooses to use StudioFull Guide, StudioFull may send a model service the bounded message, a sanitized StudioFull page path, recent bounded Guide turns, safe studio configuration needed for the request, and reviewed StudioFull help content. StudioFull instructs the provider not to retain the response for provider-side conversation history and keeps the authoritative Guide record in StudioFull.

StudioFull does not intentionally send inquiry messages, student or payer records, payment credentials, sign-in codes, API keys, provider identifiers, or raw request headers to Guide. Obvious card numbers and credentials are blocked before a model request. Users should still not enter secrets or unnecessary personal information in Guide or Support.

Asking a human is a separate, deliberate action. The resulting Support conversation and the bounded context the user reviews are available to authorized StudioFull support personnel and the service providers needed to deliver and secure the request; an automatic Guide answer is not presented as a human reply.

StudioFull uses essential cookies to keep a sign-in request bound to the requesting browser and to maintain an account holder’s signed-in session. A session cookie lasts for up to 30 days unless it is revoked sooner.

StudioFull may use first-party attribution cookies for up to 30 days to understand how teachers and prospects found the service. When a teacher uses managed advertising, designated pages may use advertising measurement. The configured advertising service may receive activity and conversion information under its own policies.

StudioFull does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. You can limit cookies through browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or attribution from working.

Form protection

Public forms use an abuse-prevention service that may process limited network, device, browser, interaction, and IP-address information to distinguish ordinary submissions from automated traffic.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal, security, and operational obligations. Current default periods include:

  • Sign-in challenges are short-lived, and expired or used challenge records are removed on a rolling basis.
  • Unreferenced media is eligible for deletion after seven days.
  • Inquiry records are deleted after 24 months.
  • Guide sessions and their dependent conversation records are eligible for deletion after 180 days without activity. Confirmed product changes remain in the product records they created.
  • Closed human Support conversations are eligible for deletion after 730 days unless a shorter period or a legal obligation applies.
  • Advertising click identifiers, detailed attribution, and retained search-term text are removed or redacted after 90 days.

Account, published studio, transaction, and audit information may be kept while the account is active and afterward when reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Teachers may update studio information from their dashboard and may revoke connected advertising access through the provider. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information.

A signed-in user may delete an eligible StudioFull account from the Account page. Deletion is immediate: StudioFull revokes every session and sign-in challenge, removes the account profile, Support and Guide conversations, and revokes manager and participant access. A studio owner must first use Support for a reviewed ownership transfer or studio closure. Active tuition and sole-student-access relationships must also be resolved before deletion.

Financial records retain amounts, dates, provider references, and other facts reasonably needed for receipts, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. The deleted payer email is replaced by an opaque tombstone. Content-free deletion evidence and de-identified audit records may remain; they do not retain the deleted name or email.

Send a request through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when an exception or legal obligation applies.

StudioFull is not directed to children under 13 and does not allow a child to create a StudioFull account or submit an inquiry directly. When lessons are for a child, the inquiry form asks a parent or caregiver to provide only the adult’s name and contact details. If you believe a child submitted personal information directly, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, restricted credentials, and tenant-scoped access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as StudioFull changes. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form.
