Getting started

Ask StudioFull Guide for help or a change

Describe an outcome in ordinary language, review any proposed mutation, or use a cited help answer and escalate to a human.

Ask for the outcome

Describe what you need in ordinary language. Examples include “I am looking for four more students on Tuesdays,” “offer 30-minute lessons for 30 dollars, 45-minute lessons for 45 dollars, and one-hour lessons for 60 dollars,” or “add coupon code SUMMER20 for 20 percent off.” Guide should ask only for information required to make the request unambiguous.

Review before a consequential change

Guide can answer questions immediately from StudioFull help articles. When a request changes studio data, it presents the interpreted values and expected effect before execution. Financial, publishing, access, advertising, deletion, and other consequential actions require explicit confirmation and normal server authorization.

Ask a human

If Guide cannot complete the request, if its answer is not useful, or if you prefer a person, choose Ask StudioFull Support. You can review the bounded recent Guide context and explicitly choose whether to include it. StudioFull sends the support request durably and keeps the reply in the Messages conversation. Never paste passwords, sign-in links, full payment card data, or private credentials into Guide or Support.
