Give a manager access to a studio
Invite a manager, understand owner-only controls, and revoke access without sharing sign-in credentials.
Use individual access
Each person signs in with their own email address. Never share sign-in codes or inbox access. Access is granted separately for each studio.
Owner and manager roles
Owners manage Plan and billing, the Stripe connection, and studio access. Managers can work on the website, openings, inquiries, students, and tuition without access to owner-only billing and access controls.
Revoke access
An owner can revoke access at any time. Revocation takes effect immediately; studio activity history remains available.
