Give a manager access to a studio
Invite a manager, understand owner-only controls, and revoke access without sharing sign-in credentials.
Use individual access
Each person should sign in with their own email address. Do not share a teacher’s sign-in link, session, or inbox. Studio access is scoped to the selected studio and remains separate from access to another studio under the same account.
Owner and manager roles
Owners control owner-only areas such as StudioFull plan billing and studio access. Managers can handle the day-to-day studio areas allowed by their role. Every route rechecks active access; knowing a dashboard URL is not authorization.
Revoke access
An owner can revoke a manager’s studio role. Revocation should stop future reads and mutations while retaining the operational records needed to understand past actions.
