Create and manage tuition coupon codes

Create a code

Open Payments and create a coupon with an uppercase code such as SUMMER20. Choose either a percentage discount or a fixed amount in your studio’s payment currency. A request like “add coupon code SUMMER20 for 20 percent off” should produce a reviewable 20 percent tuition coupon.

What families see

Families may enter an active code during tuition signup when the program allows coupons. StudioFull calculates the first-invoice discount and records the applied code and discount snapshot with the subscription. The family can see that snapshot on their receipt.

Turn off future use

Deactivating a coupon prevents new checkouts from using it. It does not rewrite subscriptions, invoices, or receipts that already used the code. Do not reuse the same code for materially different terms.
