Understand your StudioFull plan and billing
Manage the monthly or yearly subscription a teacher pays for StudioFull separately from family tuition.
This is the teacher’s StudioFull subscription
Plan and billing in the account menu controls what the studio owner pays StudioFull for the StudioFull product. Depending on the selected product plan, that subscription is billed monthly or yearly.
This is different from Payments, where a teacher creates weekly, monthly, or yearly tuition options charged to students and families. Changing the StudioFull product plan must never change a family’s lesson tuition, and changing a tuition plan must never change the teacher’s StudioFull bill.
Manage billing
Only an authorized studio owner can manage the StudioFull plan and billing portal. Use the hosted billing portal for payment method, invoice, cancellation, or renewal actions that are available for the current subscription.
